Katarzyna Ziółkowska, Attorney at Law

is Head of the International & Outsourcing Department at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek, where she has been working for 9 years. She is a legal advisor with over 20 years of experience in labour law, specialising in complex international projects. For 6 years, she headed the Labour Law and Pensions Team at a renowned international law firm in Warsaw. She also gained experience at the Chief Labour Inspectorate, in the Legal Department, which gives her a unique perspective combining business practice with a regulatory approach. On a daily basis, she advises on external employment – temporary work, process outsourcing and the posting of workers to and from the European Union. She leads and supervises projects and compliance audits for companies in the logistics, FMCG and automotive sectors, supporting clients in the safe scaling of their businesses and the legal optimisation of employment models. She is the author of, among other things, a chapter on compliance in Poland in the international publication ‘Rechtsmanagement im Unternehmen’. She advises clients in Polish, English and German.
