Katarzyna Ziółkowska, Attorney at Law

is a Head of the International & Outsourcing Department at C&C Chakowki & Ciszek, an attorney at law with more than a decade of professional experience in the field of labour law and personal data protection. For 6 years she had managed the Labour Law and Pensions Team at an international law firm in Warsaw. She had also worked in the Law Department of the Polish Chief Labour Inspectorate. Her practice includes counselling in the area of hiring and dismissal of employees at all levels, employment optimisation and posting of workers abroad. She also specialises in personal data protection law, including creating documentation, entrusting data processing and transferring data to third countries. An author of, among others, the chapter on compliance in Poland in the collective publication “Rechtsmanagement im Unternehmen” (“Management of law in a company”).
