Tax Advisor – Wojciech Garczyński

is a Head of the Tax Department at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek and a tax advisor. For over 12 years he has been assisting Polish as well as international clients in structuring transactions, debt financing and selection of the most appropriate choice of legal frames of business activities. He advises on ensuring compliance of clients’ activities, including withholding tax and transfer pricing. He conducts tax reviews and appears before administrative courts. He supports his clients in tax and insurance settlements of employees and management. He worked for the leading law firms in Poland and in Spain, and then in consulting companies, in recent years mainly as a manager and director of the tax practice.
