Krzysztof Walczak, D.Sc

is a Partner at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek, a post-doctoral scholar and lecturer in labour law and social insurance at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. He also teaches postgraduate and MBA courses at, among others, Jagiellonian University, University of Łódź, L. Koźmiński, Adam Mickiewicz University, Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. An author or co-author of about 100 papers presented at conferences, seminars and trainings organised, inter alia, by the European Commission (Brussels), International Labour Office (Geneva), European Network of Labor Inspections ( Düsseldorf), European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM). An author or co-author of many publications including “European labour law and its impact on Polish legislation”, “Collective labour law. A commentary”, “Commentary to the Labour Code” and “Labour Law (for judges and legal counsels)”. A specialist in the field of cooperation between employers and trade unions, mergers, acquisitions, employment restructuring, as well as salary and non-salary motivation of employees. Languages spoken: Polish and English.
