Michał Nocuń

is a Head of the Employment Immigration Department and lawyer at C&C Chakowski and Ciszek with expertise in labour law and the employment of foreigners in Poland. A specialist in matters related to immigration law, posting of workers in the framework of provision of services and individual labour law, active both in consulting as well as training areas. He also engages in advisory and training projects related to employment and provision of services in German-speaking countries, due to his training in German law and advanced knowledge of the German language. Co-author of a publications entitled “Employment of foreigners in Poland” and “Commentary on selected changes in the Act on the employment of temporary workers”. Languages spoken: Polish, English and German.
