Piotr Raczak

is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar. At C&C Chakowski and Ciszek he is a part of the litigation and immigration desks. He specialises in the area of civil, labour and insurance litigation, with particular emphasis on cases involving foreigners. His experience includes representation of clients before the vast majority of public administration bodies and judicial institutions, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. He also conducts training courses on issues related employment of foreigners, with particular emphasis on the negative consequences of non-compliance, inspections by relevant government agencies and legal defence in further proceedings.
