Head of the Labor Law and PDP Department
is a Head of the Labor Law and Personal Data Protection Department at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek specialising in personal data protection issues as well as labour law, in particular employee surveillance and monitoring, employee discrimination, legal aspects of recruitment and parental rights. A holder of a doctorate in management, as well as a lecturer in labour law at the Faculty of Management of Warsaw University, Kozminski University and the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities. In addition, an editor at the C.H. Beck Labour Law Monitor (Monitor Prawa Pracy C.H. Beck) and the author of numerous academic publications, including commentaries to the Polish Labour Code.
