Managing Partner
is the Managing Partner at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek, an attorney at law and a lecturer in labour law at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, Kozminski University in Warsaw and Stanisław Staszic University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He was a co-founder of a Labour Law and European Law Department in an international law firm in Warsaw. His professional experience includes working for the Legal Department of the Polish Chief Labour Inspectorate and also providing training to labour inspectors. A specialist in individual labour law, particularly in the area of working time. He has implemented numerous projects on working time optimisation, mainly in the manufacturing and energy sectors. An author of numerous publications on Polish and European labour law. Languages spoken: Polish and German.
