He provides comprehensive legal advice and economic services for entrepreneurs, in particular employment agencies and sports organizations. His experience includes day-to-day service as well as legal and economic consulting for sports clubs in the field of, inter alia, reviewing contracts, negotiating football contracts, legal aspects of organizing sports events, as well as property disputes regarding contracts for professional football. He participates as an attorney in administrative proceedings, before public administration bodies of all levels, in all matters relating to the legalization of foreigners’ stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland and in court and administrative proceedings requiring the control of the activities of the above-mentioned bodies. He deals with consulting and training projects related to the employment of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Poland and support for employers in the processes of controlling the legality of employment of foreigners conducted by the Border Guard and the National Labor Inspectorate. He was a legal consultant under the government program “Poland. Business Harbor “.
