Barbara Godlewska-Bujok, PhD

is a lawyer at C&C Chakowski & Ciszek specialising in labour law and HR related problems. A holder of a doctorate in labour law. She also works as a lecturer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. She also teaches at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Warsaw and at postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She held academic scholarships in the United States and the Netherlands. She completed postgraduate studies in mediation and negotiation issues as well as the School of American Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She has experience from the public sector, including work in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, as well as from the private sector. An author of numerous academic publications, including co-authorship of commentaries to the Polish Labour Code and other legislative acts.
