Of Counsel
is a postdoctoral scholar in law and a professor at the University of Łódź. At C&C Chakowski & Ciszek he serves as an Of Counsel, he is also the Head of Postgraduate Studies in Personal Data Protection at the University of Łódź. In addition, he is the coordinator of the AI Work Team – a project focused on conducting research on the consequences of the development of artificial intelligence and other modern technologies for the labour market, labour law and social security. An experienced legislator (author of numerous drafts of legal acts – laws and regulations and documentation for negotiations on Poland’s accession to the EU), for many years employed in government administration. Author of many legal opinions for, among others, the largest Polish enterprises, state administration bodies and many local government units as well as reports for the European Commission. Author and co-author of about 60 publications in the field of labour law.
